In Chinese Medicine, Spring is the Wood element. This is a great time of year to add more citrus into your diet and get outdoors to get that body moving, and get your daily Vitamin D. Meditation can help in addition to some regular physical activity.
We also just entered Cancer and a Lunar Eclipse. Any of those negative emotions that we've been avoiding are coming to the fore to be dealt with. Work through any emotional trauma with journaling, talk therapy, and/or Theta Healing.
