In Chinese Medicine, Winter is the Water element. This is a great time of year to add warming and aromatic foods into your diet such as peppermint and corriander. Remember to get outdoors to get that body moving, and get your daily Vitamin D. Meditation can help in addition to some regular physical activity, to ease the constant chatter in your head.
